Our outlook for this year is a new one:

After a year marked on a global scale by geopolitical tensions, the US presidential election and the rise of artificial intelligence, the consequences of an economically halved 2024 will certainly be felt in this new year! The behaviour of global financial markets will be closely monitored to anticipate possible shocks.

In France, 2024 was also a turbulent year: the Olympic Games were a moment of national pride, but the political climate remains unstable after the dissolution of the National Assembly promulgated by the President of the Republic. On the economic front, the control of inflation was a significant step forward: it fell back to about 2%, a clear improvement over 2023.

As a result, policy interest rates have been lowered and are expected to continue to decline. This gives hope for a revitalization of the real estate sector which still remains a safe haven in France. Indeed, despite a half-hearted economic situation, the need for housing remains worrying in most of the hexagon.

It is difficult to predict the future accurately. However, if there is one thing we can be confident of, it is that this year will offer many opportunities. It is our job to identify and capture them, and help you turn them into success.
