While Toulouse is experiencing scorching temperatures at the beginning of summer, the heat is not only limited to the thermometer: it is also in the minds, the debates, and the energy that drive our profession. It was in this summer atmosphere that the annual Convention of the Compagnie des CGP was held at the Palladia Hotel, a real meeting place for wealth management players.

Our firm was present at this major event, with strong involvement and intact motivation, despite the scorching weather! More than just participating, it was an opportunity to reaffirm our position in a sector in full transformation, and to share with our colleagues the reflections that shape the future of our profession.

We were thus able to continue to develop our wealth engineering with Cédric Nosmas, manager of Coliseum Ingénierie, who opened the training program with a presentation on the theme: "Manager: is the strategy of contribution to the holding company relevant?". This session explored the legal and fiscal mechanisms of this strategy, giving rise to many exchanges. Afterwards, we were able to attend a conference by Vincent Tholance, Managing Director of ACL Family Office, who dealt with the vulnerability of the manager and his company in the event of health complications. Through this training, he shed light on often overlooked but essential aspects of business management. On the second day, Marcus Schmidbauer, partner at Kramer Levin, gave a very popular presentation on tax expatriation, illustrated by concrete practical cases. This intervention offered the participants valuable tools to better support their clients in this type of project. The last speaker was Nabil Cherif, Managing Director of CREDIPRO France. He has carried out an intervention in the credit market for professionals and companies. This conference provided useful insight into trends in the sector.

Finally, to close these two days of meetings and training, Philippe Feuille, President of the Compagnie des CGP, gave a touching closing remarks, praising the quality of the exchanges and the commitment of the speakers and participants, before inviting everyone to a lunch to conclude this event pleasantly in a relaxed atmosphere.
