Wealth strategies, the heart of Wealth Management

The july 26, 2024

For Finankap Group, a firm with almost 20 years' experience in wealth management, a global approach is essential. Whether you are an employee, a company director, a self-employed professional or a pensioner, a personalised and comprehensive wealth strategy must be established. Our approach is based on three key stages: wealth creation, management and transfer, and takes into account all aspects: financial, wealth management, tax and social.

Wealth engineering and asset management

Wealth engineering is at the heart of our strategies and aims to structure and optimise the management of assets, whether private or professional. The aim is to maximise the value or income derived from assets, while ensuring that they are effectively protected and passed on.

Asset optimisation :

Personalised Analysis: this consists of an in-depth analysis of each client's assets, taking into account their business, sector and life goals. This includes the valuation of movable and immovable assets, shareholdings in companies and pension contracts.

Wealth strategies: the firm then proposes appropriate strategies, which may include divestments, new investments or legal arrangements to meet the client's wealth objectives. To achieve this, Finankap Group has carefully selected financial, property and legal partners specialising in each type of solution.

Wealth protection and transfer :

Structuring inheritance: as part of its global approach, the firm also implements inheritance strategies. This can take the form of gifts, financial solutions, the formation of asset management companies, a shareholders' agreement or even an OBO (Owner Buy-Out is a strategy whereby a company is bought by its directors or by a team of managers/employees). This makes it possible to optimise inheritance tax and ensure a smooth transfer of the various assets making up the client's estate. The firm is authorised to carry out legal acts in-house, within the limits of its Appropriate Legal Competence, and as a Crédipro franchisee, the firm can take charge of finding the financing for an OBO, for example.

Insurance and Prevention Insurance and provident contracts are also analysed. Recommendations are also made for amending existing policies or taking out new ones. This includes, in particular, credit-linked loan insurance, but also, and especially for self-employed and freelance customers, the personal risk section, which will be the focus of all attention. In this area, Finankap Group has surrounded itself with a number of renowned insurers so that we can always find the most appropriate solution for each customer.

Wealth engineering is not limited to traditional asset management, but extends to more advanced strategies involving the creation of legal structures or the restructuring of assets.

A wealth management adviser must support his clients at every stage, from the design of the strategy to its implementation, including financial, legal and tax advice. Finankap Group offers this know-how and expertise to company directors, the self-employed, professionals and private individuals wishing to secure and pass on their assets effectively.
